We love to lift weights, so this was right up our alley! As it so happens, I'm writing this blog post before I head to the gym, so I am going to make it short and sweet before I lose my motivation. My Olympia in a nutshell: muscles, protien, trashy outfits and a whole lot of fun. Can't wait till next year!
