The desire to control never changes in war or following war; neither does the purpose of war, which is to disarm those that oppose being controlled. While attorneys for Detroit are petitioning the courts to allow city bankruptcy, and black on black crime is rampant, the City Council busies itself with passing a resolution calling for the Justice Department to bring civil rights charges against George Zimmerman.
