Sunday, April 13, 2008. I'm finally getting around to my first posting. I've been wanting to setup a blog for some time but never got to it. Yesterday, my wife and I had an appointment near a restaurant in Chicago named Smoque. That I've been wanting to try since seeing it on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Way back in December. Why did it take so long to get there? That is the best I've ever tasted. This has made me excited to fire up my smoker. At home once the weather finally warms up.
