Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Diary of a Crohn’s Flare: Antibiotic Infusion. I established 6 pm as my infusion time and try to infuse the antibiotics between 6 pm and 7 pm every evening. Because the Benadryl knocks me out, I'm going to slowly move this time back closer to my normal bed time (say 9:30 pm to 10:00 pm).
