Tuesday, November 12, 2013. 10/3/2012 SHE is finally here! Rubi Gwen Johnson was our little surprise. I always wanted to do a surprise where we don't find out the sex of the baby. When she came out the doctor was holding her like a can of soda and I could only see the back side of her but she had so much hair and her body was so petite I knew it had to be a girl. I was just sooo excited! She was 7 lbs even and 19 inches long. The night nurses couldn't resist putting a bow in all that thick brown hair.

Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Bungy Jumping and Waiheke Island. The second weekend in March was our first “free weekend” where we didn’t have anything planned as a whole group. And what did we do? I was debating whether I was going to do it because I had already done the swing, but man am I glad I chose to bungy jump! I’ve never had so much adrenaline go through my body in such a short amount of time and it was totally worth it! I wanted to go 3. Here is the video for your enjoyment! Ps I suddenly have this.

Monday, April 30, 2012. We were so lucky this Easter to have Grandma Nancy, Grandpa Brent, Aunt Suise and Uncle Eric come for the weekend! Of coarse we had to take them on our favorite hike here in Grand Junction, Devils kitchen. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Sailing, Have a Go! This week some students in my class had the chance to go and take sailing lessons for the day and my mentor teacher is the one who takes them. She being the one to go wanted me and Kirsten to have a go at sailing as well.
