For six minutes early in the second half Monday, the Portland Pilots struggled to do much of anything right at either end of the court. In those six minutes, the Pilots missed eight consecutive shots, turned the ball over three times, and went from trailing the Santa Clara Broncos 40-37 to trailing 52-37 with 12:20 remaining.
