Where sky and water meet and the waves grow sweet. Friday, October 26, 2007. Most of the time, I have a very bloggable life. So why don't I blog more? Why am I the prodigal blogger (or Prodigger, if you prefer)? I am fairly confident it is because I make too big a deal out of the content. I want my posts to be masterpieces, the lot of them. I want to make sure I include every detail that is awesome and work the delivery of every sentence. In other words, I plan to go for quantity instead of quality.

Our Boat and the Loop. The Silver Foxes boat owned by Jim and Judy Howenstine is about to travel the "Loop". The Silver Foxes was the name of the boat when we purchased her. We thought the name was appropriate and thus the name stuck. Besides old seamanship lore says it is bad luck to rename a boat unless you go through an elaborate renaming ceremony which requires several bottles of champagne.
