Saturday, August 25, 2012. Ryan and I celebrated our 10th anniversary yesterday! We went to Whistler for 5 days. Here are some pics from our the hike in Whistler. The boys did great with Aunt Angie and Grammie Becky while we were away. In fact, they had more fun than if we were home! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What We Love About Kids' Camps. Sunday, September 25, 2005. New passport photo. Doesn't even look like the same person, does it? Still badly in need of a haircut - funny how there never seems to be time for that while trying to get ready for a trip. I get to memorize a new passport number too - I didn't realize that changes each time, but at least I got an easy one to remember (which has been carefully redacted for this photo). Paul's Thinking Place: April 2006
http://paulsthinkingplace.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 27, 2006. I don't want Him saying this to me. In Mark 4, Jesus falls asleep as the disciples are rowing him across the lake. A storm comes and threatens to swamp the boat. Now, I have a general idea of the size of those boats. They weren't covered yachts. So, every time I read this story (being the oddball that I am), it begs the question in my head, "How in the world did Jesus sleep through all that? He must have been extremely exhausted. Do you still have no faith? Links to this post.

So I've decided to rent an apartment- not so that I can think Deep Thoughts and construct some National Book Award winning memoir about paint chips and subflooring, but so that I can be gross in the privacy of my own space. Here I am vacuuming the bedroom! I'm able to maintain a state of subdued ecstasy simply. Because the...

KLABLOG: Keeping Up With the Klassens
http://ryandjess.blogspot.com/2012/02/keeping-up-with-klassens.html
Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Keeping Up With the Klassens. Before I add some pictures, I feel like I need to update you on our goings-on since it's been an eon since my last post. Isaac is 20 months and talking up a storm. It's 4-word sentences now and he parrots everything we say. He calls Levi "Le-li," which is so endearing and reflects the sweet spot he has for his big brother. He loves to color and tries his hardest to keep up with the big boys. Levi's almost 4. Wow! Love these girls, so much.
