Friday, June 29, 2007. Just this last week Leah has picked up some more sounds. She just loves to babble and say "da, da, da". If Logan's home he will usually answer her and say "yes, Leah, what to you need? We hope that she knows the sound she makes refers to Logan as dad. And I didn't get my feelings hurt that she made this sound before ma, ma, ma. Here's a video of Leah playing with our poker chips we use to play Sequence. Playing on her stomach. Wow, you're really making up for lost time here :).

Monday, August 27, 2007. Now she's cruising all by herself. The last two days Leah has finally decided that she can walk around on her own without our help. So here are some videos taken today of her. I was working on the computer and turned around to see her walk through the kitchen headed for the bedrooms all by herself. She also loved hanging out with her cousins close to her age, and some good friends (from our Chicago days) came down to celebrate with her. She had fun playing with their cute girls. Tuesday, August 23, 2011. So I just wanted to update any friends out there wondering where in Texas we have moved. Logan decided to get his PhD in Journalism and was accepted at the University of Texas in Austin so here we are. We found a house just about 30 minutes north in Pflugerville close to the Park and Ride bus system so he is able to ride for free with his student pass.
