Sunday, September 18, 2005. My First Silkscreen Print! After many mistakes, I've finally finished my first hand-pulled, silkscreen print! I taught myself by reading in books and looking online. I started with 40, but ended up with only having 12 excellent prints that I feel comfortable selling. This was a great learning experience and I'm sure my next print will go much smoother. I'm already gearing up for the next one. So, here it is. 12x19, 3-color silkscreen limited-edition print on 100lb stock, $40.

I was delighted to find that this week's subject was my suggestion. I'm sorry to say that I had other motives. I wanted a break! I did this illustration a couple of months ago for a story about suicide and wanted to share it.

I started thinking, "What if each fast-food mascot ate nothing but their own food? This is what they would look like. Posted by noah's dad at 2:29 AM.
