Tuesday, August 26, 2008. A New Year.A New Standard. On Thursday of last week, we officially welcomed to campus a record freshmen class of nearly 450 new students. Historic? You bet. However, while this is great news for a lot of reasons, my thoughts remain with the faculty and staff who made this possible. I arrived here in January of 2002 amid some very difficult times and I'm just very thankful that we've been able to collectively realize the success that this community so very much deserves.

Posted: November 5, 2012 in Uncategorized. Today the sets of pull ups consisted of 3,4,7,5,5 for a total of 24 for this workout. I am a little more than 1/3 of the way through the program towards my goal of 20 pull ups. The last set was tough. I then completed two sets of kettlebell swings. Total workout time approx 14 minutes.
