Me and some of my fellow classmates decided to go see the famous shrine located not far from Nihon University in Ichigaya. The shrine was very easy to find. Wednesday, July 19, 2006. Hakone Trip ( Japanese-Styled Ryokan ). The Ryokan also provided a few small candies and two different types of tea. Even though it does not cost very much to provide these small items, it showed me how considerate the people in Ryokan were. The candies and tea leaves offered in the rooms were also available to be bought in larger quantities in the Ryokan lobby. Posted by Jing @ 10:33 PM. Wednesday, July 19, 2006. On the top of the observatory level, there were two clear glass ground areas where visitors can stand and look down from the tower. It was scary for me to stand on top of the glass, because I am afraid of the height. The night view from the observatory level was amazing.
