Saturday, Mostly Cloudy, 68/46 F. 上篇提到的所谓 第9次化疗后病人会撞墙 ，其实英文是 hit the wall ，意指疗程难以为继，必须暂停下来。 老盛还真差一点就中招，打针前的WBC是2.9, 星期五取下pump后，WBC反而上升至4.2, 化疗间隙的星期三验血，WBC维持在4.2。 第9次化疗后的难受程度明显有所加剧，每天运动后的感觉都比不上相同天次的前8次，直到再次打针前的星期二 5/1/2012 ，他中午出去跑了7英哩，心跳148，平均速度8’18″每英哩，自我感觉不错，这才觉得身体与心理都做好了迎接第10次化疗的准备。 有时，我也买些回来为他和女儿解馋，但只卖包装上注明 No Nitrates Added 的bacon或sausage，当然肉也是有机的。 要选择那些富含益生菌 aka probiotics 的酸奶，可以帮助我们清理肠道。 我们常吃的有Activia，Stoney Organic Yogurt，Yoplati Yoplus。 By zili .
