Version so it's simple and not as rich but you certainly will get the cassava fix! This is my Mother's Day gift to you all. Enjoy! My Mom, sister, and I certainly did. :). 2 pkg of frozen grated cassava (defrost prior to baking). 1 can of coconut milk. 1 can of condense milk. 1 Preheat oven to 350F and spray the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish with Pam.

Thursday, September 19, 2013. Brooky's blessing day was so wonderful. We got super lucky and had Julie, John, Sherri and Renny all in town! We felt so special having a ton of family there. It was a beautiful, HOT day. ;). Seriously it was way. Too hot to do pictures outside. Love our Brooky girl. She didn't even cry much during her blessing. :). Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
