How Do I get to Conne River? Many Airlines operate regular air services to Newfoundland and Labrador, with connections available from all major centers in Canada and the United States. Connections are available from many countries around the world through London, Toronto, and Montreal to the province. The Trans-Canada Highway (TCH Route 1) crosses Newfoundland west to east from Channel-Port Aux Basques to St. John's, a distance of 905 kilometers (562 miles). After you get to the Island of Newfoundland:.
