The shop owner, Jeff Lim Kwee Seng who is from Raub Pahang is a business degree holder from Australia. 河口湖を朝７：００すぎに出発。 河口湖から西湖の北岸を通り、精進湖に向かいます。 千円札の逆さ富士で有名な本栖湖北岸でパチリ。本栖湖の周遊道は一部工事で片側交互になっていますが、それ以外は車の通行も少なく走りやすいです。 その後、国道139号線を朝霧方面に南下。国道139号は少し車の通行量が多いので、注意しつつ急いで通過。 車も少ないし、坂も適度にあるし気持いい道です。富士山一周の時くらいしか朝霧方面に来ていなかったけど、こんなに気持ち良い道があるならもっと探検しにこようかな。。 その後、再び進路を北に取り、河口湖方面を目指し、いつもの忍野村のルートを通り、花の都公園へ。 その後、山中湖を一周して再び河口湖へ。走行距離112km。獲得標高で800m。3回くらい小休止をいれて、平均速度が20km/hを超えました。なかなか良いペースです。これだと、単純計算で200kmは10時間。ロングラインドチャレンジいけるかも。。。 . ２）サドル位置を5mm前に出しました。ペダリングがスムースに行くようになりました。シッティングでの登りが楽になった気がします。 サドルを１ｃｍ上げて、ハンドルを１ｃｍ下げま...
