Saturday, October 30, 2010. We had a great Halloween and were only slowed a little by the bad weather. We had our annual family pumpkin carving. Dinner and trick or treating with our friends. Kate had two costumes because she was less than happy about the butterfly I picked out for her, but was a good sport and wore it for trick or treating. Leah was just excited to see the other kids come to our door! Kate and Daddy carving pumpkins. The finished product and our fam. Which made us sad she wasn't there.

Monday, March 14, 2011. Last week we took Kate to Disneyland. I knew Leah would be miserable with a week of strollers and standing in line, so we took the opportunity to have some one on one with Kate. So I am sitting at work right now.(and very bored) so I thought I would post my new made up recipe. Yes I really did make it up. SO GOOD! Better Than Chilis Enchilada Soup. Chicken buillion or chicken soup base. Cholula chili lime powder. 3-4 chicken breasts cut up in strips or pieces. 1 green and red pepper chopped. 1 whole (small) white onion chopped. 1 1/2 cups sour cream.

Princess Leiah the dog and Boba Fett the kitty. Leiah is a 1 year old Husky we got from a neighbor who was neglecting her greatly.
