Friday, February 14, 2014. This is why I hate Valentine's Day. I've never been a fan of Valentine's Day but it seems like we, as a society, have gone a little crazy over this "holiday." I would prefer my husband not spend $30.00 on flowers, plus another 5 bucks for a card and I have no idea how much those boxes of chocolates cost! You know how I know he loves me? Monday, July 2, 2012. M2B =) days 790 - 796. Sunday, April 15th - Saturday, April 21st happiness. Monday, April 16th happiness: james concert tonight! I was soooooo tired and didn't really feel like going, but I knew this was probably a once in a lifetime chance to see them. I am SO glad I went. We went with Sheri and Ian and had such a fantastic time. It was such a small venue that it was so awesome to have that up close experience. For sure and by far one of the best concerts I have ever been too.

Tuesday, May 07, 2013. I recently came across a quote that I really needed to hear. It said "For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace." I've been angry and lonely the past few months. And yesterday it seemed to hit me as to why. We didn't qualify for state funding. Despite the diagnosis, they didn't consider them sever enough to warrant intervention. Yesterday I learned that our insurance doesn't cover autism therapies. And that is when I got really angry. This made me cry!
