Monday, March 30, 2009. Well, last post was Nov. Most everyone already knows that I was hospitalized in Dec. and had surgery in Feb. Although I am still saddened by the card that was delt me, I (and my one remaining ovary) are trying to move forward. Several of you are aware that I was still hoping to have another child in the future. Apparently not in the cards. :(. This is where it happens! There is a time for everything. I am a changing woman. and I think I like it. I actually had a group of women tell me that they were interested in my thoughts. They even went so far as to say that some of the things I said had a positive impact on them. And these ladies happened to be more mature women than myself. How did this make me feel you might ask? I told Chris the other day that I am becoming a compassionate woman and I don't know how it happened, but I think I like it!

This is where it happens! Wellit is Christmas Eve! Santa" just made his visit here at the Lopez Residence. This is an exciting Christmas because it is Trystans First Christmas and Alexis' Bicycle Christmas! Oh yeah, and an Escalade! It has been nice not having anywhere to go yet. Today we just hung out. We had a ham, sweet potatoes, and green bean casserole for lunch! Yes, I baked the ham myself! Then tonight we had GOODIES! And yes, I made it all lovingly with my two hands!
