2007년 4월 11일 수요일. I hadn't thought much about assessment before I became a teacher. I realized it is also important as well as teaching after I became a teacher. Assessment was huge pressure for me. Unfortunately, I'm afraid the assessment lecture that I'd taken in college was mostly about a theory, not a kind of things for adjusting a real field. Did you get what this is about? Welcome to my Big house. 2007년 4월 2일 월요일. How Many Errors Do You Correct in Your Students' Writing? I think too much error correction make students avoid trying their English. That's why I try not to correct them much and I'm sure most English teachers think that way. 2007년 4월 4일 오후 7:09. It is a tough question to teachers. As for me, my multi-media experience is limited to chalk (with a fancy aluminum chalk holder), various colors of dry-erase markers and a copy (not coffee) machine. That's about it. When I first arrived in Korea in 1999, I had quite a bit of success discussing childhood experiences that require students to use a variety of past verb tenses. One of my favorite "gold nuggets" that was always a sure winner to elicit responses and create a jovial mood of collective harmony with my students was to pose the question. Have you ever chased the mosquito truck? Do they share anything outside of school, Hag Wons or PC rooms?
