The ritual is that on the 24th in the afternoon, Santa brings the tree and me and my cousins decorate it.afterwards, in the evening Santa comes, we light up the tree and sing Christmas carrols. My cousin, Mihai, who can play the piano, prepared a recital of carrols. In the same house every year, we all gather and celebrate: these are my closest family members:.

Saturday the house went for a family lunch at the newly opened Chinese restaurant Big Wok, where for 5 you can stuff your face on steamy asian buffet. I can only remember the Monglian lamb, but I was soo full. All I know is that towards the end we were dipping marshmellows in the chocolate fountain- like the one they have in our mall at the chocolate shop.and having them with ice-cream. :P. And near the river there is a furnicular that will take you up-up to breathtaking views. Today I had the chance to taste the first traditional Portugese dishes: sardines and codfish and to try Porto wine.
