L'chaim: 22
http://brettcolclasure.blogspot.com/2008/07/22.html
Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Well friends, it’s way to late for me to be writing this, but I haven’t posted anything in a while and this seems to be a fitting occasion to post something. Earlier today, I figured out that tomorrow marks the beginning of both the 22nd day I’ve been in Israel and the 22nd year I’ve been on this earth. I’m not sure if it’s just coincidence or if there is some hidden meaning; I think maybe it’s better to wonder. Why do You whisper hopes and dreams that remain unfulfilled? Hey Br...

L'chaim: Poem #1
http://brettcolclasure.blogspot.com/2010/01/poem-1.html
Sunday, January 31, 2010. I wonder what it’s like for you,. As we grasp for lofty phrases,. Hoping to articulate thoughts we had. When we glimpsed into other realms. What are you thinking when we struggle. The right words for the task,. And what are you feeling when we manage. Some feeble attempt at eloquence? I wonder what it’s like,. For you read words. Written by shaking hands. With eyes of timeless grace that. Perfect for our weakness. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Steve & Jenny: November 2009
http://stevensandjenny.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 5, 2009. Like all young kids, my children love bubbles. They are so marvelous and beautiful and fascinating, those bubbles. Just like young children. We have a little $3 bubble machine that creates a lot of excitement over here. We took it out to play, but it was a bit windy. The yards in our neighborhood are not fenced, and this creates a mighty wind tunnel down our block. Ava tried to catch them, but they were moving pretty fast that afternoon. Steve & Jenny: Papa's porch
http://stevensandjenny.blogspot.com/2010/09/papas-porch.html
Tuesday, September 7, 2010. August was a wonderful, busy month! Now that the school year is back in session, we're all settling into our weekly routines and taking a breather! So, picking up on my effort to update the blog, these are some shots of the kiddos playing outside at Papa's Cooper's house during our trip there in May. O-man loved the swing. He also loved the stairs. Peek-a-boo! I'm planning to toss some more posts up to try to bring this blog up to date! So check back, loved ones!

The Last Stone Dropper. 8220;being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last.”. April 24, 2012. 10 years ago, I was playing basketball at a church camp in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. I don’t remember much about the church camp, except for the fact that I was playing basketball against some high schoolers that thought they were really cool beating a 13 year old in basketball…at a church camp. 4 years later, Jay started speaking at my home church and we got to ...
