I know i have posted about this slaw before, but i thought i would give a more current and updated version. change is good sometimes. This is a quick and easy recipe that just requires a bit of chopping and tossing and the result is a beautiful, brilliantly colored accompaniment to your tacos, and even grilled meats or salads. it is very versatile and we love it around here. 1 large bunch of cilantro, finely chopped.
