Soon to come…. May 15, 2012. Well, it’s been awhile. So much has happened since we made strawberry jam last summer. We had a baby! Ethan was born on February 19. His delivery was terrible, to be honest- emergency c-section and 5 days in the special care nursery, but he his healthy and happy and we are so thankful! He is such an easy baby. Soon to come… →. June 27, 2011. On Friday, Steph, Kara, Sophie, and I headed to Kohler’s in Jerome to pick strawberries. It was the perfect day for picking- cloudy and breezy, and not hot at all. Sophie was scouting out all the reddest berries for us! Behold, she found the reddest in the patch! Then on Saturday, we made these fine berries into jam. Well yeah that too. WINTER is happening. I mean fall is barely over, BUT I know winter is just around the corner. I have literally been wanting to go to The Johnson Woolen Mills. To stock up on flannel (for the record, I don't actually have any real flannel, but it will happen someday). 160;Tuesday, October 18, 2011. I don't get much time on the computer these days which is why I haven't been posting much. I have 5 posts half way started that I'm hoping to complete in the next week. Wish me luck : ) Most importantly, I need to give a little 4 month update on the X-man. Although he's still quite serious, he's smiling and laughing a lot more. He rolls and rolls and rolls.when he feels like it. He weighs close to 18 lbs. He's the most handsome kid we've ever seen : ). Stop growing, Xavier!

160;Monday, August 15, 2011. I can't believe that my little guy is 2 months old already! I wish I could just stop time because he is so precious and I can't get enough of him! Here is an update on Xavier at this age:. He's really smiley when he wakes up in the morning. He sleeps at least 6 hours straight most nights. He LOVES being outside. He's still very serious and always thinking. He loves being swaddled because when he isn't swaddled he tends to fling his arms around and hits himself in the face.

160;Friday, October 28, 2011. Here are 5 random things that you may or may not know about me. 2 I don't really like movies. I can name the movies that I like on one hand and I can't remember the last time that I went to the theater. I almost never watch movies. The reason that I say almost never is because I watch movies during the holiday season. What's up with me and Christmas? 160;Tuesday, December 13, 2011. What do you know, I haven't blogged in a month : ) Yeah, sounds about right. Xavier has had a big month! He experienced snow, had his first Thanksgiving, got to know his Abi a little bit better, and sadly had his first cold! Here's what else he's been up to:. He's wearing 12 month clothes and just today I got the 18 month cloths out because I expect he'll be in them before January. He no longer yells for no reason : ). He still doesn't have any teeth.
