Monday, May 28, 2012. Today we checked off bubbles and water balloon fight off of our list. All 7 cousins were at Luke's for Memorial day. They played with the bubbles for just a little while then waited patiently while we filled up the water balloons. 300 water balloons, an hour to fill them up, 4 minutes of fun, 7 happy kids. Thursday, December 29, 2011. Let the lego building begin. Kyle opened his first new lego set for Christmas on Friday, Dec. 23. He has been building ever since! Plus he got some money and a Toysrus gift card and we went to spend that today on, you guessed it, LEGOS! Wednesday, December 28, 2011. We ate breakfast with Santa at our church earlier this month. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. We drove to Ripley yesterday to go to this waterpark we had heard about. It only cost $7 a person and has a big twisty slide. It was worth a drive and the money so we said next year we will try to go at least twice. Susan and I took all 7 of the cousins. The big kids went down the big slide several times, I think Kyle went down about 30 times. I even went down about 5 times, I would have gone more if there was an elevator to the top. Monday, April 27, 2009. As much as I have going on in my life, I really have nothing I want to blog about. It's all kinda depressing right now.my wedding is postponed, my cruise is cancelled.all due to Mom's cancer. I never wanted this to be a sad blog, so I just don't say anything anymore. Monday, April 13, 2009. The doctors met today and changed their minds about operating on my mom.I think they had to force the pulmonologist to change his mind, but anyway. We don't know when they're planning the surgery, but all three doctors in charge have met with Mom to discuss things. If we can get her through the first week after surgery, she has a great chance of returning to a normal life. We just have to keep praying that she's stronger than we think. Shannon was my swap partner this year and all of my gifts came with polka dots.even the box she sent was polka dotted. Fun! Japanese Karate Luton: Introduction
Students of the month. JKL Luton is a non profit making club whose aim is to teach traditional Shotokan Karate. And make it affordable to everyone. Our Club, Instructors and students have been recognised by the Luton Sports awards with several awards in the past few years. We belong to the Karate no Michi World Federation. Based in Japan, its supreme Shihan is Mikio Yahara. A legend in the Karate world. Teams from the JKL have competed internationally and obtained uncountable trophies.

Friday, January 4, 2013. We had another great Christmas this year. The kids got many things and we spent lots of time with family. Christmas eve at my mom's. Then we spend the night at my moms and Santa comes to visit us there in the morning. This year my brother spent the night too, he and I stayed up watching A Christmas Story and most of Christmas Vacation. The theme for Kaitlyn this year was Justin Bieber.
