An Irish Girl Who Can Cook And Drink! Wednesday, October 31, 2007. I loved this soup! If you like chili you will love this. I topped it with Avocado, sour cream, cheddar cheese and freshly baked tortilla strips. (sliced corn tortillas brushed with olive oil and baked at 425 for approx 5 minutes). The next time I make it I will probabaly cut the recipe in half- it made so much! 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 2 tablespoons dried parsley.

This is an old standby of mine - the kinda recipe I give to my husband over the phone so he can make if I'm running late :). 1 -2 tbs red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. Garlic cloves - a whole head, peeled, whole. Potatoes - how ever many you need. 2 oven safe dishes. In an oven safe dish I place my cleaned (trimmed fat) chicken breasts.

Adam wanted fried rice ( he hates rice almost any rice) so I , like a good wife, decided to make this with the salmon I have been lusting over in my head. So with all that I had in the house and a recipe from www.ehow.com I improvised! 2 cups of long grain rice cooked and chilled (the longer the better! 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. 1 tsp ground ginger. The Joy of Cooking. What can I say, this cookbook is the best. It has everything the at home cook could want and has a lot of great information. Not only is it great for recipies, but it’s a great educational tool too! Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book. I prefer the pink edition hehe I love pink.
