Thursday, October 21, 2010. Special birthday wishes go out to my mom today! She has been there for me through it all! You know you have great parents when they travel every sporting event you were involved in, every band competition you marched in, every football game and basketball game I cheered at when you couldn't even see the cheerleaders from where they stood, and anything else that I thought I needed to be a part of! I think sometimes we take for granite just how special. Love you lots mom!

Friday, December 30, 2011. We are back to blogging again! Christmas was so exciting this year! Connor was super excited about his new geotrax train that he got from Grandpa and Grandma Dorn and Hokey Pokey Elmo from Santa. I actually got Jeremy to take a picture with my kids! Saturday, January 21, 2012. It's a pancake kind of morning! Monday, January 9, 2012. We have been touched by a flu bug. I absolutely hate seeing the kids sick but love when they want to snuggle. Especially when they snuggle together! They were holding hands seconds before they fell asleep! Aggghhhh, the moments that you are glad you didn't miss! Saturday, January 7, 2012. Saturday, August 29, 2009. Here are some pictures from playing outside last weekend that I never got time to post. Ben's 1st time in the swing. Ava wasn't so sure about this because she LOVES her swing. Might have to get another baby swing. She decided this was more fun than swinging (a little more work for dad though). Wednesday, November 4, 2009. The kids were pirates for Halloween. I guess to be accurate Ava said she was a Pirate Princess. They were so cute. Mimmie (Jeff's Mom) made their costumes again this year. She does an awesome job! Thanks so much Mimmie. Sadly enough though we did very little trick or treating. We only made it to 3 houses because it is really exhausting and the weather was horrible. They also got to go to some houses in Southern Illinois when they were there visiting. Sunday, June 19, 2011. Summer fun has begun! We started our summer with a trip to the Embarrass River. The river level was way up due to all the rain. The guys didn't catch as many fish as they normally do. All the kids had a blast getting muddy! Taking a boat ride on the river. Pete showing the kids the fish that were caught.
