Monday, July 27, 2009. 15 minutes to go and counting! At midnight they got dressed in school clothes! At 12:30 I insisted they fall asleep! Finally 1pm it got silent. Nolan woke up and was ready to go at 5am, then when 7:30am came he was asleep on the family room floor. Emmie only had one little melt down about the skirt she didn't want to wear (that she picked out). Overall it went Swell! It's just that last 15 minutes before they head out the door. Friday, January 16, 2009. We love the beach! We went with the Lewis Family and this year the Varney Family gave it a shot too! We had a great time and can't wait to do it again with great friends. Our kids had been asking to stop at the sand dunes since they were born. We finally did! The higher up the hotter the sand gets! We checked out the Aquarium in La Jolla. They loved the sharks! Sunday, November 30, 2008. I am so excited to be having my first Essential oils class. The class is this Wednesday, December 3 at 7pm. It will be at my house. Terri T will be teaching the class for me. She knows just about everything about essential oils. She will talk about the importance of doing a daily liver cleanse, using essential oils to combat colds/ flus. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. No risk of toxicity. Tuesday, July 14, 2009. I got this crazy idea to take the kids to Seaworld by myself this year! It turned out to be a blast! We bought the Fun Card so we could have unlimited admission. We took Grandma Terri and our cousin Sam with us. The second time Russ was there so we brought Grandma Alberti and one night we came back just to ride the rides. We saw Shamu, rode the rides, got really wet, ate lots of yummy expensive food and watched the kids enjoy it all! On coming back in October.

Sunday, November 23, 2008. Months ago I heard about Jason's Deli and I finally tried it! They advertise right on the menu that everything they serve is FREE of artificial trans fat and MSG. They also have a huge sign out front that says "We excuse the high fructose corn syrup from the table! They have many organic items on the menu. I loved it! The coolest thing is on Wednesdays. My life revolves around these two adorable faces. Thursday, March 19, 2009. Allie at the Dairy Farm. Allie's class had a field trip to a local dairy farm in town. Allie was so excited to go plus Grandma was going with her. She lucked out and had two of her best friends in her group. Allie says her favorite parts were the bus ride, feeding the goats and holding the chickens. Thanks grandma for volunteering to go with her. Here are a couple of pics from the day.
