The scheme “Strengthening of Technical Secretariat (Direction and Administration)” covers all the establishment expenses of S&T Council including expenditure on account of salary of staff, TE/POL, OE, Telephone, Rentals and publicity and information etc. The Council has an established strength of 42 posts.
