Tuesday, September 21, 2010. The End of an Era. So here we are, attending the last graduation of our children and seeing Jeff receive his Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Denver. It was a fun filled two days of ceremonies and celebration. The first day was the "hooding" ceremony. Jeff is anxiously awaiting his moment. Keeping Austin entertained while so Mommy, Daddy, and Grandpa can enjoy the event. Proud moment for the Mitchells. Ready for that long awaited diploma. The End of an Era.

It had been about 3 weeks since Mike had shaved. Needless to say, he developed quite a beard and finally decided it was time for it to go. We had a super fun 4th of July weekend this year. We couldn't have asked for better weather and it just felt so picture {no pun intended} perfect! Families are like fudge.mostly sweet with a few nuts}. Thursday, July 1. 15 inches of L-O-V-E. Right before school got out, Grace decided she wanted to get her hair cut. It had gotten pretty long since the last time she had it cut and a little hard to manage washing and brushing, etc. I decided it was probably a good idea with summer coming to have an easier and faster head of hair! But it would practically be a crime to cut this hair and not have it go to someone in need. She loved it :). More than a mom.

Things have been pretty great lately, despite the lame weather that Utah winters bring. Am I the only one totally ready for spring? I know we still have a couple of months, but this is the time of year I start to get really sick of my winter clothes and ready to pull out my spring/summer stuff! I hope that everyone else had a great Valentines Day! A Pair of Pixtons.
