All sessions on Saturday, 4th April and Sunday, 5th April, 2009 will take place in the Hull University Business School, University of Hull, Hull City, UK. All talks in the parallel sessions also includes time for setting up and any questions. The conference room will be provided with an Overhead Projector and also a PC with a data projector that will enable Powerpoint or pdf files to be presented.
