Its all about my menu, recipes, and how to create yummy meals with a crazy schedule! 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. 4 Cups of Chicken Stock. 1 Can of Black Beans (15oz) drained. 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis (10oz). 1 Spoonful of Tomato Paste. 2 Cups of Water. 1 Chopped Bell Pepper. 3 Cloves of Garlic. 2 TB of Masa or Cornmeal. 2 TB Chili Powder. 2 TB Garlic Salt. 4 Corn Tortillas cut into strips.
