Kirk Jess Jackson Olivia hoping for baby #3 through adoption! Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Took the kids and neighbor girls to the library to do some crafts and had a splendid time! We have so much snow here, the kids are out almost every day! We love the DuPage Children's Museum. Jackson loves our new Christmas present. Thursday, October 15, 2009. Joel made waffles for breakfast, waffles topped with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar. I usually will just give Derek a plain waffle without any toppings so he liked daddy's alot better. The older kids insisted on "helping" to open the presents and I had to put the camera down to ward off all the little hands. Here is Derek with his cake. He wasn't quite sure what was going on. Tuesday, September 8, 2009. We had a family party for Rachel. Rachel chose our plans so we went swimming and ordered pizza. This is a close up of her princess cake. I'm proud of how it turned out. I thought this picture was funny. Derek wasn't a fan of being pulled around the kiddie pool. The Christensens joined us for the festivities. You did great on her cake too! Steven Aria = StAr. Friday, March 12, 2010. Skylar got her 2 nd. Haircut on 2/10. Her very 1st haircut was done 1/1/09 so over a year ago! Her hair was looking pretty scraggly. And when I went and got her 3yr pictures done that put it over the edge for me. I was so disappointed. In half of her pictures just because of her hair that I decided it was time for a trim. One of my favorite family traditions is that every year during the Plano balloon fest my family and our longtime family friends and neighbors the Blacks host a breakfast at the Blacks home. It's early, really early, but I still love going :) We had lots of fun this year, we even got to see balloons go up which doesn't always happen. Here are some fun pictures from our morning. Enjoy! My Boys and Me. Friday, July 27, 2012. Vacation with the Duncans! So I am hanging out in our room while Corbin is sleeping. Amy and I drove up here (resort in Oklahoma) yesterday and our husbands meet us after work here. So last night there was a big storm here and ALL of the power went out! It was actually really fun! Ha ha That was fun. This morning Amy and I rode our bikes for an hour then ran and did some yoga. Soo pretty! I lost count of how many deer we have seen! I hit a tree! Ha ha It wasn't!

Josie has worked really hard over the past 2 years to grow her beautiful strawberry blonde curls. I was always scared that when I cut her hair, her curls would go away. So I just let her hair grow and watched it turn into a mullet. But I didn't care.I loved it! She is slouching forward, but it still shows her mullet-type hair. Posted by The Goss Family.
