I had planned on having his party at my parents' house probably since before he was born. I was thinking it would be the perfect place for a first birthday since that's usually more for family anyway and a lot more family could come if we had it there. Monday, December 29, 2014. Santa visited our house on December 23 this year since he knew we'd be heading to Texas on Christmas Eve. Santa brought all kinds of goodies! Thursday, April 23, 2015. Whitt - 11 Months. Whitt is now less than a month away from a being a whole year old! How has that already happened? I have no idea how tall he is or how much he weighs, because, thank you Jesus, we haven't been to the doctor since he was 9 months old. He now has 5 teeth - two on top and three on bottom. FREAKING FANTASTIC TORTILLA SOUP. 1 - 32oz box of chicken broth (I use Swanson 35% less sodium). 4 cups of water plus 1/4 cup of water. 2 large chicken breasts - I buy a rotisserie chicken and use those breasts. 1/2 package of Lawry's Fajita Seasoning. 1 small yellow onion. 2 Tbls of EVOO. 1 bag of frozen cut corn. 1 - 10oz can of Original Rotel. 1- 145 oz can of petite cut tomatoes.
