Thursday, January 15, 2009. We all had a wonderful Christmas! It was the most exciting so far! There was a treasure hunt with each of the kids from the family groups. Christmas at Maw Maw's house! She got exactly what she wanted! He got exactly what he wanted! The kids opening their gifts from Santa! Hopey opening the princess crown Ethan gave her! She looked at both of us and asked, "Do you notice anything different about me? She had rubbed a white powered doughnut all over her face! Monday, July 9, 2012. Shawn and Grandma Kim took us to see Aladdin at. The special effects were some of the best we have seen! The kids loved the 3D parts! Cousin Aryn came with us! I don't think these faces could have matched up more perfectly with theses characters! Kourtney the oldest and sometimes bossy. Stern and stubborn as her sisters would say. Always trying to make a deal with them. Kaitlyn the princess! Loves to get dirty and crazy at times! Thank goodness for the misters! Hike to Kanarra Falls.

Wednesday, August 31, 2011. And so it begins! Oh myour "baby" started Kindergarten! The beginning of the school years! I'm not exactly sure how I feel about all of it. I told Makell a few weeks ago how much I was going to miss her when she was at school, and (jokingly) said maybe she should stay home one more year. She looked at me so serious and said, "Mom, I have to go to school to learn things you know! It made me laugh! She is so ready and excited! In front of her classroom door. What they were for?

Thursday, July 5, 2012. Once again we spent the 4Th of July watching fireworks and visiting with friends. The kids played games and hung out with their friends. Saturday, February 25, 2012. My grandmother just celebrated her 93rd birthday! She is one amazing woman! I asked her if she felt 93 and she told me, "Yes, every bit of it! Lol :) She still is fairly independent even with losing most of her eye sight and the challenges she has faced the past few years. Our lesson was on how the kite is similar to the gospel standards. We asked the girls this question before we started. "Does the string hold the kite up or does the string hold the kite down? Friday, July 13, 2012. Hike to Kanarra Falls. While we were in Hurricane, Teresa had the idea to hike to Kanarra Falls with the cousins. I was a little nervous when the temperature read 98 degrees.
