Ok, I learned this one in middle school. 2 cans of white biscuits (usually costs between $.99 and $1.50 a can). 2 cups vegetable oil. 2 cups confectioners sugar. 1 cup hot water. Mix ingredients and drizzle over doughnuts. Mix ingredients in a paper bag. Place one or two doughnuts into bag and shake to coat. Repeat with the rest of the doughnuts.
