They had the best ribs I’ve had in a long time. And great fried okra. Maybe Missouri knows a thing or two about barbecue. The resort. We were nestled on a hillside in a gorgeous wooded area just outside of town. 2 king-sized beds, 2 jacuzzi tubs, full kitchen, and a kitchenette. So awesome. I started this blog a year ago as some kind of therapy in an attempt to get over a love lost, so I don’t know if “happy anniversary” is appropriate. In that year I have gone through some big changes; I’m not the same person I was back then, and it’s a beautiful thing. I think that’s what I love most about life. I learned a very valuable lesson this past semester. I learned that honesty really is the best policy. I just now saw how the lies Aladdin tells undermine the entire relationship. I read it and felt all warm and fuzzy inside, completely inspired to do something big. I realize that Mr. Rogers was the host of a kind of silly show, but it’s no wonder why I admire him so much.
