Friday, October 19, 2012. Thanks for the prayers. Gemma is great! So, I was up all night before the MRI and luckily Gemma woke up on her own at 4am so I was able to nurse her before the cut off time. Then I was worried about getting her the pedialyte before 6:30 am, because she won't take a bottle. I kept trying to get Gemma to take the bottle and she flat out refused to take it! A lot of it went down her chin, but she drank enough to keep her hydrated. That was the first time she drank out of a cup!

Monday, May 9, 2011. A Big Fat Negative! Where do I even start? Today is CD5. I'm doing fine today, but who knows how long it will last? How the heck would I know if I felt pregnant? All the symptoms that I hear of pregnant women sound like my AF symptoms! Then she said that P 20 would fall on Mothers Day and maybe it would be a wonderful day for me this year. OMG, some people should just keep their mouths shut. The next morning, I woke up to AF, cramps and the whole shebang! So I asked where we were?

Frustrated Musings of a Seemingly Calm Gal. My journey to stay hopeful in my quest for baby JellyBelly. First off, I apologize for falling off the edge of the earth. Yes, those meds came in handy. I thank the Lord for my incredibly understanding Napro doctor. So as I reluctantly enter my fortieth year (OMG), the Lord has surprised me once again. We have spent the last week praying and discerning about whether or not these are our sons. My heart is so unsure, as to be expected. That was not my reaction.

Friday, November 15, 2013. 1 Trying to get back into blogging just a little, if only so my kids will know stories about their childhoods. 2 M is a voracious reader. She usually reads about 4 hours a day because she wants to. She loves reading chapter books, her favorites are little house series, and she is getting into the older American girls and Ramona. She also loves reading to Leo. 3 She's done fabulous with her glasses! Leaves them on all the time and never messes with em. Looks super cute too.

Sunday, November 17, 2013. Photographing that birth was one of the most awesome experiences of my life! I'm so glad it worked out perfectly and I was able to be there. They didn't know the gender and found out when she was born. After two boys we were all so thrilled it was a little girl! I won't show the actual birth pics but they came out great too ;). We don’t have a lick of Irish in us, but I still wanted to do something for today’s feast day. Last year, my brother and sister in law gave D this book for his birthday. We have been reading it for the last couple weeks and the boys seem to enjoy it. For dinner, I made paleo shepherd’s pie and paleo Irish soda bread. The recipes are from Elana’s Pantry again.
