Saturday, January 24, 2009. I have been thinking about getting a tattoo for a long time. I/we just don't have the money. Well I have decided that come hell or high water or freak snow storm, I will have one or two by the end of February. Thursday, January 22, 2009. When I walked out to start the van, it didnt matter that I have had little sleep. The sun was shining, the birds were singing and it was warmer. It gave me a sense of peace, a sense that everything else just didnt matter. Friday was a bad day.

Monday, December 14, 2009. First I want to appoligize to Matt for all the times I "yelled" at him for not posting on your blog. I havent posted since August. School and family have taken up a lot of my time. School is over for the semester. I have my final in Child Psychology tomorrow and I will turn in my History paper. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Once again sadness is greeting the students of Penns Valley High School. Yesterday afternoon a 16 year old boy committed suicide. I do not know the reason, no one will know the real reason. There is speculation of him being bullied. Jasmine and Jordan knew him but they were not close to him. In fact, he, his brother and mom lived in the apartment behind us in Madisonburg for a while and I dont think I ever saw him. Please say a prayer for the Henry family. Its been 4 weeks.

I can see how that is true, especially if you go to college right out of high school. However, as an older student, I would like to offer some advise to those who know someone who is entering college. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A LITTLE COMMON SENSE! Here are a few tips that may help. Saturday, August 29, 2009. One week of college done. WOO HOO. I had planned on doing a daily update however, since Im old, I was far too tired to do it. So here is a day by day recap. WEDNESDAY: I walked 3.5 miles today, maybe a little more. History class is going to be interesting. Right now its kind of walking hand in hand with my CMLIT class. Nana of 5 great kids. Tuesday, April 14, 2009. John had his appointment at Johns Hopkins today and all went well. Tumor is not growing and his weight has stayed about the same. Dr. D was excited when John told him he has gone 10 days without a cigarette! He even shook his hand! I know how had it is to quit (1 1/2 years for me) and he is doing very well. Didn't even have to take anything! Lunch in Little Italy.Sabatinos.YUMMY! Next appointment is in June. Which way to the beach, muscle man?
