In the Lost and Found. Monday, March 06, 2006. I've added more pictures of recent projects at my flickr page. When I was living in Switzerland, I ate mounds of this salad every day. As a result of this diet, and walking tens of miles a day (no joke), I lost 30 pounds in three months. So, I'm going back to it. Here it is:. One whole cucumber, preferably the ridgy "English" cucumber, cut into chunks. Roma or cherry tomatoes, cubed. 2/3 cup of walnuts. 3oz canned tuna, drained. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I know this has nothing to do with knitting, but. I am so loving my new graduation present! It's a KitchenAid mixer, in this great matte black color. When I was in Nashville this summer Kathy taught me how to make foccaccia, so I tried my first batch the other day - the one on the right is just topped with rosemary and salt and the one on the left has sun-dried tomatoes and caramelized onions.
