Assistant Professor Jim Needham. Mr Needham has taught in the TCOM Department at Ball State since January 1993. He has been recognized as the TCOM Professor of the Year in 2010 and as the Outstanding Academic Advisor for the University in 2003. He teaches Analysis and Criticism (204) and Social Responsibility (408). Professor Needham's research interest is the physiological impact of media on participants. With Bob Ross, and helped design and build the Ball Building and WIPB's current station facilities.
