Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Sunday was the day i felt alone for the longest time. i haven't felt this way in years. i thought i was over this part of my life but i feel like its here again. My self-esteem is going down down down. like it doesn't exist anymore. i'm so hard on myself. every little and simpliest thing i do wrong, i let it get to me. why am i so hard on myself? I want to be confident again. to have my self-esteem up again. i just want to be me again. how do i get there?
