Monday, May 16, 2011. Aside from hitting another milestone of walking, Kaia has had lots of firsts in the last couple of weeks. She had her first Easter egg hunt, first hot tub dip, first steps on beach sand, and first Mother’s Day. It took a little convincing, but by the end Kaia was all smiles. For my very 1. Official Mother’s Day Brett and Kaia worked hard to make me feel extra special. We also went to visit my mom’s grave. Overall I’d say Mother’s Day was a success. Our little girl is finally walking!

Monday, August 11, 2008. Best of Italy and Greece. Here is a map of the trip we just took to Italy and Greece. It was a trip of a life time and we absolutely loved it. It was hard to come home and to go back to work. We took over 3000 pictures while we were on this trip but here are just some of the highlights. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. They even had a Gypsy band come and perform. Kaia had her very own bassinet. Our first day in Croatia was Kaia's actual 1st birthday. Saturday, April 23, 2011. I can’t believe that Kaia is already 10 months! Time flies by so fast and although it has been fun watching Kaia grow and hit important milestones I have to admit that I’m sad that soon she will no longer be a baby. Kaia has mastered crawling and is very eager to walk. She is constantly standing and cruising. She also loves to grab onto my shorts or leg with one hand as she walks behind me.
