Haven been sleeping well for 1 mth plus. And ever since i know abt my high glucose lvl. I din eat much for 2weeks. And i lose 1-2kgs. And i started eating. And recently have a friend's bday. Plus some mini outings. So i ate even more. Now i gained 5kgs extra. If my parents noe. I ate twice KFC. Once McDonald fries (shared). 1 slice of cake.
