http://danandhilary.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Looking for the extraordinary in the ordinary of every day life. Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Life With Lauren: 8 months. At church two weeks ago, we sang "I Need Thee Every Hour," and while introducing it, our worship leader noted that a stay at home mom wrote the hymn. His implication was that even. A stay-at-home mom needed Jesus every hour. Of course! 182 lbs (between 25 and 50%). 285 inches (between 75 and 90%). Sitting up by herself! Occasionally she gets really into a toy and forgets that she has to h...

Looking for the extraordinary in the ordinary of every day life. Thursday, August 15, 2013. Life with Lauren, 10 months. Swings almost always get a smile. (Not this time, of course.). I'm two weeks late for the 10 month post, and it is hard to sort out what was has happened since then. (One major thing: she took her first steps! But I'd hate to skip a month, so I'll do the best that I can. Weight: 20 lbs, exactly (63%). Length: 29" (according to the doctor, 79%). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Joanna's Adve...

Looking for the extraordinary in the ordinary of every day life. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Living with Lauren: One Month. Lauren, 7 days old. Photo by Bethany Miller. Our peanut was born a little over a month ago, on September 29, 2012. These past four weeks have passed in a blur, between sleepless nights, nearly constant feedings, and lots of wonderful visitors. I’ve been amazed at the feeling of completeness Lauren has brought to our lives. It just feels right, the three of us. 7 lbs, 8 oz. Lauren m...

Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Three months in and already late with my blog post! Oh well, having two kids has made me late for more than just blogging! Caleb's third month of life was busy. Andrew had a lot going on at work, we enjoyed visiting family in Dayton and celebrating my birthday. Weight: 14lbs. 4 oz. Height: (When he wakes up I'll let you know). Friday, December 13, 2013. Decorating our Christmas tree was so much easier this year without a Caleb sized bump in the way. Now instead of knocking off ornaments with my belly, my little guy is on the move and doing his best to take them off on his own. Height: Right around 30 inches. Weight: around 20 pounds. Clothing: all 12 months. Shoes: 0-6 months (another small footed guy). Teeth: still only two on the bottom. Highlights from the month:. Caleb met my side of the family when they came up for Thanks...

Ordinary Abundance: July 2013
http://ordinaryabundance.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 25, 2013. Six and a half months. Monday was Caleb's six month check up and I just want time to slow down. Our chubby little newborn is suddenly this little boy who is trying to catch up to his big brother. While I love the changes, I hate how quickly it all goes and am trying to savor every snuggle and smile. Height: 27 1/2 inches (we think at his 4 month the height was a little optimistic). Weight: 18 pounds (50th percentile). Posted by Andrew Brautigam. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, October 27, 2013. This time last October the countdown was on as I entered my third trimester. Now the countdown is on to Caleb's first birthday which seems way too close. For the last nine months we have been blessed with an easy going, smiley, cheerful little guy who adds so much more joy to our already blessed days. We go the doctor next week so these are unofficial). Shoe size: tiny tiny 2. I am going to try to update for 10 months on his tenth month birthday so we'll end here for today!
