Her work offers the opportunity to enter into a space beyond language: a brief encounter with the eyes of another; a feeling of déjà vu, an unexpected and chanced upon glimpse of the invisible. Joanna is also showing Two Trees: Trunk Call. At White Night Brighton 2011. Is a visual artist working with evocative materials and locations. Cadi is currently working on her MA Fine art at Camberwell.

August 13, 2011. An installation which cherishes a tree of the town by highlighting its’ presence and offering the opportunity to reflect on the steady presence it has in our public space. In Victoria Gardens the viewer is invited to stand in close proximity with a tree and to gaze at the ground where the reflections of the branches above will suggest the network of the roots below.
