Monday, July 5, 2010. Wow what an awesome zoo/amusement park that is! You could see all of the animals up close! Only a piece of glass that separated you from them, so the animals would get right up next to the glass, almost as if the kids could touch them! We did not realize that it was going to be that HOT that day, try 95 degrees PLUS 99% humidity! Oh my, we were so sticky and hot! Casey and I even dunked our heads in a few times! Friday, April 30, 2010. Super Heros to the Rescue! What a fun birthday party we had for Caleb this year! Caleb loooves Super Hero's . . .Iron Man is definitely his favorite! So I figured what a perfect theme for his party! We played Super Hero games, but I think everybody's favorite was the "Super Hero Training" where after each exercise they did, they got "Super Hero Gear" for completing the task! We have kind of started a tradition on Halloween where we meet my brother and his family over at my mom's house, have dinner all together and then go trick or treating in her neighborhood. . .it is quite fun! Their neighborhood is full of young kids, patio parties and friendly neighbors that decorate their house and enjoy seeing all the trick-or-treaters! It is also my mother-in-laws birthday! Monday, July 5, 2010. I'm on a Boat, Yeah! Wow, what a fun day! We got to rent a pontoon boat and take it out in the ocean all day! There is this really cool secluded island called "Lover's Key" (one of the top rated beaches in the U.S! That were we docked our boat and had fun swimming. Saturday, May 15, 2010. Leading up to Mother's Day I got to do a special thing in both of Chase and Caleb's classroom this year! Chase's class put on a cute little play to the book "I'll Love You Forever" . . .It was so darling and Chase did an awesome job narrating it! Then on Mother's Day they both picked out a special card and drew pictures and wrote in it for me! How lucky and blessed I am to be a "mother". And in the evening we went to Joey and Amanda's NEW House and celebrating with my Mom!
