The HandiCapable Farmer: What a Year!
http://thehandicapablefarmer.blogspot.com/2014/10/what-year.html
Monday, October 20, 2014. As I gather farm expenses for 2014, I find myself reflecting on the year. In May, we adopted a five year old chocolate lab. Maddie is a delightful, well mannered girl and is a great addition to our family! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. There was an error in this gadget. The HandiCapable Farmer: A Lifetime Journey
http://thehandicapablefarmer.blogspot.com/2013/04/a-lifetime-journey.html
Sunday, April 14, 2013. Three years ago, I broke my hip. After alot of rehab, I realized I had learned so much and have been encouraged to share my journey. The journey has been slow because I was born with cerebral palsy. My husband lost his right arm, many years ago, in a farming accident. He is a genius at adapting everything to our abilities. So I would like this blog to help others with either temporary or permanent challenges. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

The HandiCapable Farmer: April 2013
http://thehandicapablefarmer.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 15, 2013. Once Upon a Time. I was born with cerebral palsy and my husband,Norman, lost his right arm in a farming accident. He was thirteen years old. We were each blessed with very determined, positive families! While my family was busy mixing physical therapy with swim, ballet, tennis, golf lessons, Normans' family was adapting farm life and machinery to his new needs. At this point, we did not know each other. I grew up in California and he grew up in Indiana! Sunday, April 14, 2013.

The Roller's: Super Bowl Fun
http://jkroller.blogspot.com/2010/02/superbowl-fun.html
Tuesday, February 2, 2010. To be honest I'm not a fan of professional football, I prefer to watch college football but when the super bowl rolls around I'm all about it for two reasons - the commercials and the snacks! This year we are attending a superbowl party with some friends and have been asked to bring a dish. My usual football food - queso, spinach artichoke dip, jalapenos wrapped in bacon have already been assigned to others who are coming. Any suggestions on what to bring? 1 cup sour cream.

The Roller's: March 2010
http://jkroller.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 2, 2010. It was truly a special honor because 7 years ago the same show and rodeo was dedicated to my grandparents, who were also big supporters. I was very proud of my Mom and Dad! They have taught me so much about being an active, responsible and caring citizen in your community. Plus, they were the youngest recipients of this honor! They have inspired me to become more involved in my community. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Everything's better in threes.
