About nothing and everything. June 19, 2009. Sometimes I get thoughts I’d like to get down and until I find a better forum, I will post here. Recent events have brought the past back and it sucks. No wonder I find the world to be a scary frightening place – so much crap has happened. At least four people at different points, it’s quite sad and the pain lives on. She was the resident cook at the villa we were staying in in Mexico. She made this amazing chicken for dinner one night and she kindly gave me the recipe. As a reminder to self this is how I made strawberry jam:. 2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled. 3 cups of sugar (maybe just under, depends on the sweetness of the berries). 1/4 cup lemon juice.
