The fall colors are gorgeous and we have so many beautiful scenic areas in Kentucky. There is a nice picnic area at the parking lot for the Natural Arch. My Corner Of The World.

Tuesday, June 12, 2012. We were sitting around a bonfire with friends, enjoying the cool night when I noticed the big beautiful moon rising in the sky. Of course I had to run get my camera and shoot it :). My Corner Of The World. My Corner Of The World. We live very close to the Pine River, so my husband and I love to watch the sunset over the river. There are two little parks where we can sit on benches or picnic tables and view the sunset. This is the view from the benches along the walking trail.

Friday, January 18, 2013. Hey Hey Snowflake, Pretty Little Snowflake. We had snow flurries yesterday and I had fun shooting them! The snowflake is laying on my scarf, the macro lens really magnifies the fibers of the scarf too. The ones that were shaped like this were harder to shoot. Thursday, May 17, 2012. I decided to try shooting the geese again in different light. this was just about and just after sunset. My Corner Of The World. A lot of geese live on the Pine River near our house. There is a little area with picnic tables and benches a few blocks away from us, where the geese tend to hang around in the morning and evening.
